There is certainly organ damage from oxygen deprivation in serious cases, not sure if there are any proper medical studies on organ damage or long term effects of this virus yet. Do you have links to actual studies?

Proper controlled medical studies are required on test subjects both with and without the antibodies to compare differences.

Organ damage in the young could be binge alcohol consumption and too many poptarts (bad diet). We need good controlled medical test data before we jump to any conclusions.
