Who knows.
Unlike Ni, Zn and other metals which appear to have retracted to their long-term averages, Cu still has about 50% to go (if you believe that these commodities will revert to their long-term average prices in the coming global downturn).
Heard a number of arguments on both sides for Cu. Am happy to sit on the sidelines for the moment.
