For example comparing The Star Group and Donaco and Crown casino

Star current market cap is 2.16 billion, with Net Asset at 1.19 billion.. essentially mean Star share price is around 2 X NTA

Crown current market cap at 5.5 billion, with net asset at 6.5 billion, so share price around 0.85 X NTA

For Donaco, current NTA is around 0.14 with share price at 0.033, mean share price is around 0.22 X NTA

All casino currently don't have any income... all facing challenges..

However, the market currently value Donaco at 4 fold less than Crown and 9 fold less than Star..

I think the aussie market is discriminating against non-Australlian base assets... what people don't see, they don't value..

if Donaco was listed in Thailand, Cambodia or Vietnam stock market... i think it share price would be on par with Crown and Star valuation.

Perhaps Donaco should look at dual listing, Australia and Thai or Hong Kong stock market. Where the assets is more appreciated.
