One more aspect on the likelihood of a silex plant being built at Paducah. I recall reading that although Ohio is where american centrifuge may be demonstrated, a centrifuge enrichment plant can never be built at Paducah as its geology is not stable enough. Although a laser plant is fine, the centrifuges do not like earth tremors.Meanwhile the uranium spot price marches up to $33.20. I wonder what sort of price would start to attract capital to GLE?
