by "ACCC" Hitler antics. Why in hell does he still have a job?

I would think the "TPG" part of the merger will actually be better in the partnership once everything gets sorted.
Until the final few regulatory hurdles to merger are met we will not know

Either way --TPG are in the controlling seat
and baring any major hic-ups this puppy is going ahead
