I'm confused how NTA ties into things at this point... have heard reports that NTA about $3.60 but SP around $1.15, now below $1 for capital raising.
Is the NTA significant as such as a basis for SP levels?
Also, will the greater number of shares (dilution) mean NTA per share reduces?
