yep. Tony correct. Nothing more nothing less.
this is a bargain for the the investor. They can sell a big chunk at a profit and potentially leave a chunk in as a long term punt.
Nothing to see here other than more long term shareholder erosion and a CEO avoiding a pay cut by pumping two weeks net salary into the business to deflect. Nothing like a bit of grandstanding to irk shareholders further.
