Broken Hill was first mined in 1885 and whilst there have been some breaks in its history it is still mined today. Mt Isa was founded in 1924 - I know that is not 100 years, but not far of it. Not withstanding, I did not mention mines, I mentioned production history and was referring to Inco's history as a company and nickel miner. Interestingly Inco produced its first ore at Sudbury in the 1900's and is still producing/mining from there today.
