I like you to ref to the 2007 FMG annual report page 87 .
I hope you get some understanding in what can possibly happens .
It is possible that ,say, HSBC custody nominees sell their shares OFF MARKET to VALE . This is ONLY a SPECULATION.
The shares in question represent a small percentage of FMG
There are so many other companies that are interested ,chinese ,russians etc that would be happy to even increase their holding in FMG.
The current share price is no indication of what these company would pay for a slice of the FMG cake
Fact is that unless TWIGGY and CO. sell their majority shares,then there be NO t/over.
Why would TWIGGY want do this at this point. Surely there is no urgency in him to get richer.
The future of FMG is too good to give up now. IMHO
