The current market for AHUG seems to price in a bettter than 60%? certainty that the sale of Alleasing will be approved at the meeting and proceed. This will give AFG another $59.4M to repay banks.
However if the banks pull the pin now they are unlikely to get anywhere near that in a liquidation.
So I suggest that the banks may agree to reschedule debt repayments until at least the outcome of Alleasing is known.
If AFG goes into administration at the end of this month the Alleasing sale would probably fail - making AHUG worthless. Therefore I see a big disparity between the pricing of AHUG, which is optimistic, and AFG and AFGHA which seems to assume the worst.
Thoughts anyone?
