I don't down ramp. What I do is remember two years of empty promises (speaking of Nasdaq 2019, speaking of HK) since Green Channel, coupled with shocking administration.
But my stating facts probably seems like down ramping, when contrasted with the hallucinations spouted by Ralph Wiggum, Mr Insider Martin Shkreli, and the guy whose wall is covered in news clippings about the population of China, all connected with strands of yarn and giant exclamation marks drawn in black pen.
