Check the negatives - and please stop apologising!!! You don't get people to buy by letting them think that you don't have this under control. It sounds as though buyers should be paid to take the product.

How about something along the lines of:

Can't place an order right now? We'll be accepting and shipping new orders within a limited product range from 01.05.2020.

We can confirm that if you already have an order pending, your order is being processed with our usual meticulous care.
