    No matter what is said here, the problem with this decision is not the 14 million, it just provides more uncertainty and risk (if that was possible) to the project going forward, not saying price won't recover long term on potential good news but there is some short term pain coming so you might as well wait it out a bit. Its guaranteed some fund/insto money be offloading tomorrow.
