There’s a good short opportunity here. I’m not discrediting the company or what they’ve achieved, I just think this move is way overdone.
An uncontrolled trial involving 12 patients.. its just not statistically significant. I spent the weekend chatting with a few doctors in my network and they’re confident this won’t be the game changing COVID treatment. Not because it doesn’t work, but because it’s not viable for the masses (cost and complexity) and it will be outdone by a much simpler solution. With the number of companies working on COVID treatments, it’s just a matter of time.
