    Hi all fellas,

    A couple of home truths:
    1. China does all hard rock processing so anyone talking about Europe or USA is talking out of their backside and clearly has no idea about lithium.
    2. AVZ has had 4 years under the current board of directors to find a non-European partner, even an MOU, like anything. There has been 0 disclosed action here.
    3. AVZ has received A$ 1.8 million. It has not received the second A$1.8 million. AVZ likely had 160,000 left (or less) based on their last quarterly cashflow report. AVZ also has a US$ 1 million debt to Yinbin. Unless AVZ receives the second A$ 1.8 million or has option conversions (unknown and uncertain) then AVZ does not have enough cash to get through to end of June 2020.

I correctly called the last capital raise and in my opinion expect there to be a further one. So for those that want to get this cheap wait for in my opinion the inevitable capital raise and get options or whatever extras are thrown in like last time (6c free options).

Strongly recommend reading key risks that I posted. Agree with @Andyrooo comments. How does AVZ receive A$ 1 billion when you could buy everything that matters and is producing in Australia. The CAPEX number as well as the DFS based on trading history after DFS was released has had a negative impact on the share price.

Not sure how artisanal mining is market sensitive and requires 3 days to release. Seems like a desperate move to stop a sell down from Fridays absolutely terrible news. I speculated that AVZ was approached by Yinbin to negotiate PLS down. It definitely looks that way.

I agree with @hoots comments. Which while everyone trolled him - he was asking a simple question. Where is the evidence FIRB made the quoted statements. I want to see where FIRB stated AVZ was a critical material. Rare earths are. Lithium has never been considered a critical material. It is in abundance around the world. It is purely a case of cost to extract and refine based on different variables.

For all those living under a rock. China does all hard rock processing. Who is left in China to approach that has not been approached before?

Best of luck, as per my movie references, I feel lucky not to be holding.
