you are correct, but are you sure the market has reached its bottom already...???? i rather keep my cash in the bank until i feel confident to re-enter the market and buy current favourites, btw, i hold good stocks which i bought some 10-12 yrs ago, their values have dropped by about 30 plus % , .....
