Just one doubt

In all of your projections for estimate of the level of index values, should we not take into account the inflation ?
Now that the inflation is much larger comapred to 1907/1929/1987 and so on and with dollar buying power so weak (not because of the recent fall but overall weakness for all currencies), why not therefore the XJO settle at 3800 rather than 3400-3600 ?
