The market is going crazy for high grade Gold projects. The price of Gold is regularly hitting new highs. Yet we all have to pretend that the brokers have Gold company's over a barrell. Yet DEG say they were "flooded" with offers. This is their own words. So would certainly be possible to cut a better deal than this one . How about the brokers undergo a tender process?
We all know how it works, so we must blindly accept? No reason for it to work like this. All it would take is some integrity and some sense of doing the best for all investors.
