Institutions forced to sell down is my guess. Might see this under $1 yet. Way under valued if you ask me. These guys have been in property development for over 25 years, & have managed to make it through several cycles. They have low debt & good assets. While the price may fall lower, they will come out the other side in a strong position. James Packer is a major long term shareholder as well & he bought in at around the $2.20 mark a couple of years back. I sold recently but will look to re-enter at some stage.
