this definitely shows that CRG had all the intentions of going through with this JV as per their earlier statement you mentioned...
they are in a bit of a poo atm....is it deep enough for them to forget all the potentials of JRV's tenements? That too for an initial instalment of $45m (less than US$ 25m atm)...I think NO...they will definitely go ahead with this pilot plant...that will take 18-20 months to run to its full potential...they can try out their process (and who knows JRV's process too)..if PoN stinks at that time (in 2010-11) and if the process is not viable, they will stop there and walk out of the bigger investment... but this one is a definite GO imo...
PLEASE DYOR and act as per your trading / investment plan....I am convinced of this theory and have based my mid-term investment strategy accordingly...
