Both these 2 coys imo have been talking for some time. CV has severely impacted both coys imo. Especially when none of them can find oil and cash poor. They are both based in West Perth close to each other. Why else would XCD even consider this over the top offer. They are broke, can’t afford to do anything. Of course they will recommend and it’s a big time conflict. It’s a huge offer. Does XCD board own 88 shares??

XCD are not worth what 88 offer. So why is it so high. Guess right 88 hold shares. Absolute BS imo. Both are struggling coys and have not flowed oil.

How on earth are they more valuable than us. Who actually benefits here. Us holders don’t. Our board own shares with them. One has over 4 % interest which is significant.

This has to be stopped and call this transaction for what it is. How I see this and again all IMO Sounds more like mates looking after mates as both companies are now dog stocks, fleas jumping from one to another in my opinion.

Us holders deserve greater transparency to remove this obvious conflict. 88 constantly states how huge our acreage is. Now can’t find oil in our big chunk of Alaska now want to chase other old pioneering stories. Just like last 2 wells chase others hard work by doing the easy way of exploration. Older wells lol and still fail.

Sounds like 88 are suffering the same the numerous old tales from pioneering days gone by, the fools gold stories in Alaska how sad have we become in my opinion.

We urgently need 5% to bring an official 249D from holders and time now to spill the board or we will get totally shafted in my opinion. Lose any independence when directors take 88 to over 50%. Holders will never have a say imo. Just wait for the consolidation when it hits us all. We will never recover. Holders time to step up I say. Interested to hear from holders now as I have had a gutful. I am strongly against this offer.

Another point here is we will struggle to get FO’s now and why isn’t our focus on our constantly talked up land by 88 the conventionals and Yukon. 88 constantly talks up IW2 HRZ. Now this, we are broke and can’t even drill a well. So thinking they could do multiple shallow wells miles away without surveys is still going to cost millions and 88 can never do more than 1 well a year. Seriously guys send a message and support a board spill before we lose it all in my opinion.

lastly the reasoning some think is that 88 are buying up more in the cheap due to POO with the opportunity to sell at a better price. Ain’t going to happen. The top of Alaska is surrounded by multiple Twitter 1 coys. Absolutely none of them have or would be interested in 88 and it’s land. Why is that. Because we have all been dudded and yet still no oil flows. I can’t believe any holder would seriously believe this is a good move. The only one would be if they owned shares in XCD.

we will be paying a premium for another failed but of land. We have to stop this and spill.

the ones talking up the takeover are dave and his mates for all we know. what else do they do in their offices all year long with 1 drill every 1-2 years.
