QTK could announce that they had been awarded the contract to secure Fort Knox and as payment would be awarded a 50% royalty fee on all holdings in the premies and i doubt the shareprice would move.
Quite simply, nobody believes a word that is uttered from this mob anymore. Credibility is zero, where it belongs.
