    Do they need to announce liquidity / buyout options before the QR due Thursday?

    Or, are they just going to use the QR to announce to the market that they couldn't decide on which of the multiple options they had for liquidity so ended up choosing none. And the company folds in a couple of weeks.

    Can they really do that?
