Youre using the term "partnered" as loosely as the A3D management used the term "agreements" from 2017-2019.
Term sheets, of which you have little idea the constructs, were what the "agreements" were. Your "partners" are potential onsellers getting essentially a free bite at the cherry (at shareholders expense).
Further, Worley formally requested that A3D cease using "Worley" and "partnership" in their announcements, over 12 moths ago, which change you will see quite clearly in the announcemnts where they ceased referring to Advisian AND Worley and forthwith were referring only to Advisian.
Is it an echo chamber you are looking for? That's what lead so many people buying millions of shares off rampers for the last 24 months and handing their hard earned to vipers. There are no bags left here, theyve all been sold by lesser fools.
