Good post Walt...and absolutely right...I certainly loved the technology and it's promise (in out and back in a few times) and never really concentrated on management abilities (or disabilities). I'll be voting against this sham and I hope a majority sees it thru....In which case either ERG renegotiates it's financial liabilities with it's main debtor....perfectly feasible in my view given their improving cash flow position (and the likelihood of that debtor being paid and seeing some profits eventuate from it's huge holding)....or it gets wound up in pure spite......again I don't have a problem. Would rather see that - than this joke of a restructure happen....
