I understand what you mean for ABC.

am i not correct to say that somebody told if CENTRO fails it will be Catastrophic on AUS/US economy as well as the firesale will reduce the commercial prices all over and then probably everyone like WestField etc will come in the same problem as CENTRO coz property valuations going down means their gearing levels increase as well.

What banks will do then, fire sale them finally resulting in collapsing economy
