Surely call centre operations are one of the easier to move to telework? I realise that there is software and systems that go into Call Centres to record calls, performance, divert traffic etc. However, it is fundamentally a job that can be done independently of direct supervision (and there is call recording for this)... and only required a mobile phone with call routing.
