CCP are doing a cap raising of $150m and their presentation included this comment.
"Greater capital headroom will maximise flexibility to respond to market conditions including one-off opportunities to acquire competitor books"
Hmmm, this comment and the cap raise amount sound very close to a PNC pounce. I hope so. It will give my bond collections a helluva kick along.
