I'll be voting a big fat NO to the deferment of salaries being potentially converted to shares.

Take a pay cut like everyone else and stop diluting those already suffering during this Pandemic, the general shareholder, many of which have suffered due to pay cuts or even job losses- you managed very effectively to damage the share price with a ridiculous SPP discount that was not offered to the general shareholding base. Instead you make a statement about how tough the environment is for equity raising, and don't even acknowledge you destroyed the Share price, now and into the future when the options come into the money and get dumped.

I can not believe how arrogant this BOD is. Seriously, take a cold hard look at yourselves!

I will be happy when the licence is received, but certainly wont be crediting management with a great job. It was expected a while ago.

GLTA and to those suffering through this time, i send my greatest sympathies.
