    Agree.
    I'm going with cash raising to take advantage of the move up.
    There's troubled times ahead for everyone, and there's even a sniff of a need for more capital in the next 12 months then theres no better time than to lock it in goods after a great run up.
    I just sold my holding a few days ago as I had a feeling that may happen.
    Great timing by management if that's the case.
