So you are suggesting that the market sentiment is too bullish on AIZ at the moment? After more than 50% plummeting SP, horrible outlook announcements and virus trajectories easing here, in NZ and more or less every other place within May or June, I don't see why this would drop to 90c again barred any major unforeseen turn of events for the worse.
And if AIZ goes bankrupt, we can be certain that it would be well after most other airlines do - we have a much better balance sheet, we are majority government owned and NZ is an island nation without many options in terms of international and domestic travel.
Also class actions by whom and why? Maybe against Virgin, as there are many outraged shareholders and staff ... but a CA against Air NewZealand is not remotely likely in my opinion.
