This is what angers and furiates me. 2 of our directors own shares god knows how many that work with 88 in some form own them as well.

If DW wasn’t the top SH of XCD ( how on earth this isn’t seen as a conflict beckons belief imo). Would 88 be offering this high a SP offer when it’s clear XCD is going to clearly struggle now and closer to administration than most of their holders would believe.

This deal has to be immediately stopped and conflicts removed.

Either our board sell their shares on market now or they ask the 88 holders for a vote. This BS offer is way too good a deal for XCD holders and doesn’t benefit us 88 holders one bit. In fact put 88 in a worse position by bigger dilution for no income coming in so we cant afford to drill wells.

I suggest if 88 holders disagree with this deal as I do then I encourage you all to complain and write to the Take Overs Panel as I am doing. FMS did this and the TOP went against the directors wishes. Holders can stand up and unite against company directors looking after their interests over retail mum and dad holders.

So tired of company directors winning while shareholders suffer when directors constantly deliver poor performance and destroy share holders wealth in companies they invest in. Directors in all companies are accountable and when conflicts present and benefits them, then action has to be taken. Take overs panel is the correct body to deal with this. So get writing holders and stop complaining on here. Don’t leave it to a small few. Step up I say.
