Changing an individual's profile means little, however, HC will not provide personal details of a member without the appropriate Court Order being successful, after which when provided, HC must comply with and provide all requested details of the member cited so they may be identified. A member's gender is of no significance.
Akajoe, your content, rightly or wrongly, may be proved to be against TOU Guidelines - even the mere insinuation is enough to cause concern. i.e even the mere indirect suggestion that a Board member is not looking after shareholder's interests may spell trouble.
Therefore, protect yourselves as this is a very serious set of circumstances where a few individual's circumstances may be in peril.
