8-12 cents sounds about right at this stage. My guess would be for Toega to produce 80-100 koz for 6-8 years from say 2024. Assumes ~70% of current resource converts to reserve. Cost wise maybe US$700/oz AISC? Drilling and feasibility work to get to mining decision US$15M ? Pre-stripping and other capex US$30M? Discount rate from now 10%. An NPV model with those assumptions.
