monday the bottom or not, page-37

Hi All

I have zero idea if we have hit the bottom or not or when the market will recover. However check out:

We have now hit zone 5 - the most favorable time to invest. I will be upping my allocation to 90%. As Warren Buffet says - the time to invest is when everyone is fearful - which it why he is now buying instead of having his money in bonds.

What I can say is the market will eventually recover and historical testing has shown now is the time to buy.
