Even though I have previously identified the quarterly as the end date, I have changed my mind.

Obviously they will have there eye on avoiding trading while insolvent as directors will incur significant penalties if they do this. If there is no chance of more funds then its safer for directors to go to VA.

However I am looking on the optimistic side at the moment and that is to say there is a chance of more funds and they can squeeze more time. I do not have much to base this view on.
