SOLG opens +10% at 30p. DGR NAV/stake worth 14c post the entitlements issue. Some may sell DGR tomorrow to fund their entitlements but hard to see the sp going much lower with such a wide disc to NAV. It's possible that NM is doing existing shareholders a big favour here with this top up opportunity whilst SOLG is on the rampage. Record date tomorrow, so only existing shareholders getting this gift (and underwriters). He could have done an insto placement no problem.
