It’s not material if they sign up a pizza joint (...there’s no need to update the market about this). it is however material if you sign up Amazon and CBA and other enterprise customers that have contracts attached to them, these are material and the market needs to be informed when they join and when they leave. It’s called continuous disclosure and it’s the very core of public markets.
