The Chinese entity took a 4.9% stake in SGQ as was stated by John in last years AGM. This 4.9% stake was the reason the share price jumped to 25c a few months ago. Were they just positioning themselves, I dont know... Were they looking for something more sinister, I dont know. Are they still holding, I'd like to know.
