Great news for two reasons:

1. Guarantees the cash from options will now be banked (less whatever underwriting fee)
2. Removes any selling pressure from holders of heads and options to sell heads in order to finance options (maybe like someone had to do yesterday afternoon in that 5mil last minute dump)

Will provide stability and cash. The company will have $10mil cash after conversion.

Non holders and traders complaining about TH......such is life.......but it’s in the best interest of the company.....and if that doesn’t suit your agenda or day trading desires then move on.
