No money, no business plan with little credibility evidenced could mean v/a soon without coming forward within the next few weeks to raise capital somehow. It's that simple. Perhaps some of the Top 10 or so could provide something to keep her going.

IMO. perhaps any rights issue has been abandoned and assets may be sold off perhaps to keep her afloat - which ones I don't know. Perhaps the Top 10 could throw something at her or a London boutique micro cap find could ask for something perhaps at heavily discounted prices.

The AGM resolutions must be coming very very soon.
