Just to note before I am accused of being a starry eyed investor or a JK fanclub member, I had written off my ISX shares a while ago but reserved judgement either way until we have the facts at hand. To be honest I just want this to end, whichever way it falls. However I would ask - what do we actually know now after this morning's ruling? Yes it seems it was a waste of money seeking the injunction but apart from that we have to wait until this afternoon to gain further insight. I understand it probably won't be pretty but seeing as the information will be released I'm keen to see it and then hear ISX's reaction to it (assuming they can publicly respond).
