I do know that CVI paid $US1million for a 135 day option on Diamond leases back on 29th January 2008.

Sorry to interrupt the other thread here but could someone please explain to me as if I was a 5yo, how has Canzar become a subsidary of Pensador.



CityView has approached Pensador with a view to acquiring a direct interest in Pensador's subsidiary Canzar Resources Limited ("Canzar"), which is the beneficial owner of 41% of the Luachisse Diamond Concession and 42% of the Nhefo Diamond Concession.



How much did Pensador pay for Canzar when CVI had paid US$1,030,000 as a shut out fee?

Did CVI ever have any ownership over Canzar?

Was the US$1,030,000 paid back to CVI or has CVI not only handed over US$12,000,000(?) they also handed over Canzar?
