Gekkowolf, my understanding it is a cornerstone investor coming in. The 1 for 11 to retail is a token gesture, but it will stop people from dumping their shares and then participate in the CR.
I think this will propel itself to at 14 cents fairly quickly, once the usual sellers dump on re open.

They are looking at anticipated approval Singapore in 2020, HK in 2020, Australia/NZ in q1 2021
China and Japan are targets for approvals there after
USA approval to "likely" approval in 2 to 3 years time
