Guys I was meant to post this on thje COE thread and posted it on the IPM thread OOPs

lets look at this

IPMs partner launches a bid

The bid requires 75% accpetances even though COE own over 21% and IPM directors 7%

Bidders statement which will no doubt be rejected comes after COE closing date.

50 million conditions on the bid.

They quote the premium for the all share bid and current prices but forget to mention the premium to cahs and shares which can easlity increase above the 105 offer with a few cent appreciation of cooper.

IPMs response to the offer more about the COE bid than this bid.

Simply a deal behind close doors between mates to try and spoil COE bid.

IPM directors have shown their fear through pathetic on market purchases and now this obvious false offer.

Cant wait for these clowns to be sacked ones COE takes control
