You stated it yourself the CEO runs the Company foremost and of course is not responsible for Director's decisions at Board level.

Problem is though we have had a few poor decisions made by the Board so lets decide where the buck stops, shall we?

You seem conflicted about laying blame for the betterment of the Company. imo

Problems never go away or vanish.

You make a smart a#se remark about "learning mandarin to converse with our new owners" lol we're already beholden to the Chinese. imo

As for your contributing for the better good by posting whatever you call it and not receive anything in return....
