so who would you hold accountable in that case? mgmt have adopted a very laissez-faire attitude when it comes to assuaging concerns about being paid for services rendered in China. If they are going to quote a cash and receivables number and expect the market to assume that the receivables will in fact be received, today's announcement doesn't really help...
