    I agree.

    This is frustrating. Where is the quarterly - a breach of their obligations if not provided.

    I guess they are holding back the quarterly due to some kind of unfolding situation and they want to give us all the news at once.

    Another more mundane alternative is they stuffed up the paperwork. Let’s hope there is a better explanation than that!!!
