Interesting enough, My Parents are up on Benora hill..
People are still paying top dollar for places up there..
Anything under the 500-600 mark seems to be holding..
Banks are still lending in to this area.. guessing game on how long it will last?
The same guys I have talked about in the previous post have dropped their prices on house and land packages.. 100g.. before they were $425-$525 now $325-$375..
There's not much left in it for them if they go any lower and these are in up in Rocky..
