Also did some great time down on the peninsular, Rye Rosebud--Gunnamater (Spelling)with the Balin Crew.. Jezz showing my age now.. but thems the days when you could get good blocks of dirt ocean side real cheap..
Was just down in Sydney with some old crew on the North shore of Sydney.. Collaroy plateau and Palm Beach..Enjoying old Friendships and checking out prices and feelings..
It is true the gap between Sydney and Goldie has closed as it has always been a wide one.. whether the Gold coast has matured enough to stand on its own, is a wait and see..
We got one here that will be the test.. on the Edge of Mermaid and Miami.. Rough value is 20mill.. I think it is one of the Billibong crews newly built..
but it is on the market for this price..Be interesting to see it it gets snapped at.. Keep you posted as we walk past each day and keep an eye on it..
I walk with some developers in the mornings, so this is why I am interested to hear others views..
I have watched them go from Bull to Bear over the last 6 months.. and have unfortunately put a good friend in the grave that went to the tune of 10 mill over Xmas..
